    Working beta · Zürich · Pre-seed

The operating layer for companies that can't yet afford an organization.

Founders and teams under five need strategy, research, finance and legal long before they can hire any of it.

We're raising. The figure is not on this page. If you want the materials, come with how you would price the round — indicative, not a bid.

    Why

Talent is everywhere. The company around it isn't.

A founder needs eight departments before the business can pay for one. Strategy, research, finance and legal arrive as needs long before they arrive as budget — and that gap is where most companies quietly stop.

    How

One company context, a coordinated workforce.

You give an objective. The Smith brings in the specialists it needs, they work from everything the company already knows, they hand work between each other, and the decisions that actually need a human come back to you.

    What

A business operating platform, in beta today.

Real deliverables, tracked work, permissions and approvals, metered cost, and an audit trail of what every AI employee did. Not a chatbot with personas on top.

    The case, in four parts.

    The gap

Intelligence got cheap. Nobody made it organized.

Foundation models keep getting more capable and more accessible. But intelligence alone does not run a company. Someone still has to hold the context, divide the work, coordinate specialists, connect the tools, manage permissions, control the cost, review the output and keep it moving.

That coordination layer is what we are building.

    Why now

The vertical slices are proven. The horizontal layer is open.

Solo-founded startups went from 23.7% to 36.3% of new ventures between 2019 and 2026. Sierra reached $100M ARR in 21 months on customer service alone. Cognition is valued at $25B on engineering alone.

Single-function agents have already cleared the market's doubt. Nobody owns breadth.

    Why us

Two founders. No gap between what gets designed and what ships.

Alessandro Scire Calabrisotto — Founder & CEO. Owns the vision, product direction, the AI-employee architecture, the business model and founder-led go-to-market. Umberto Tessitore — Technical Founder & CTO. Around ten years of professional software engineering, owning production architecture, reliability, and the work of turning the system into a commercial product.

Product and go-to-market on one side, production engineering on the other. Nothing that matters is nobody's job.

    What compounds

The defensibility has to be earned, not declared.

Retained company context, the role and workflow architecture, orchestration quality, governance, and the outcomes customers can point at. Each one gets harder to copy the longer a company runs on it.

We do not claim a moat today. We claim a shape that can become one.
